No third-party cookies are currently set on hometradesonline.com. Web fonts are served from the site's own servers; no font CDN request is made to Google or any other external provider at page load.
3. Cookie Consent Banner
Because the only cookies currently in use are strictly necessary, no consent is legally required for the site to function. However, we display a cookie banner to:
- inform visitors that cookies are in use and explain their purpose;
- give visitors a clear opt-in path for future analytics and marketing cookies before they are introduced (see Section 4); and

The banner offers equal-prominence Accept and Decline options. Closing or scrolling past the banner does not set consent. Your choice is remembered for 12 months via the cookie_consent cookie described in Section 2.
4. Analytics and Marketing Cookies — Not Yet Active
We plan to introduce web analytics (Google Analytics 4) and, at a later stage, advertising attribution (Meta Pixel) to help us understand site performance and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
These services are not installed on the site at the time of this policy's publication. Before any analytics or marketing cookie is set, we will:
- update this Cookie Policy to describe each new cookie, its provider, purpose, and duration;
- update the consent banner to request explicit opt-in for non-necessary cookies; and
- accept the relevant Data Processing Terms from each provider (e.g. Google Analytics Data Processing Terms, Meta Data Processing Terms).
Analytics and marketing cookies will load only after a visitor actively accepts them via the updated banner. Visitors who decline will not have any non-necessary cookie set.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): some browsers send a GPC signal to indicate the user's preference not to be tracked. GPC signal handling will be implemented when analytics tracking is activated, consistent with the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA. This Cookie Policy will be updated at that time.

5.2 Via your browser

Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect basic site functionality (for example, the consent-preference cookie will not persist between visits).
